Verticon Group Ltd. was established in 2011 in response to the need for multi-vendor and sub-contract procurement services to support substantial international projects undertaken by the parent company. The Procurement Division was eventually tasked to also undertake international projects in both the private and public sectors. Since forming as a separate profit center, the Procurement Division has undertaken outside projects totalling in excess of $100,000,000 and completed projects worth several million more in-house. The company directors remain committed to maintaining the high quality, dedicated professional service.
At its American headquarters in Wilmington, Delaware, the offices are ideally located in the heart of the energy and financial sectors. This gives Verticon the ability to source American equipment and spares at competitive domestic price levels not available outside the USA. For ease of exporting worldwide the offices are serviced by two major international airports and the Port of New York seaport.
The London offices strengthen the international network being able to source equipment and parts from the EC. At the same time the UK office services its client base in Central and Eastern Europe while serving as the
East-West link between Europe and North America for round the clock communication. In addition a bonded storage facility is maintained at Heathrow Airport to marshal equipment and spares from around the globe for consolidated shipments by air, sea or truck to our end clients.
The Cyprus offices provide the bridge between the EC and the Middle East as well as providing a base of operations for serving the recent Eastern Mediterranean offshore natural gas and crude oil discoveries.
Cyprus, considered to be a safe haven in an otherwise troubled part of the world, is a member of the European Community, with a moderately strong economy based on tourism, forestry and agriculture. The “energy bonus” of the substantial natural gas discoveries is placing Cyprus and nearby Israel and Greece at the heart of a united European Energy market and given Verticon the impetus to expand their outreach to this new energy sector.
